Strife Is O'er, The - SATB

This enchanting Easter anthem has an old British feel to it and focuses largely on Christ's victory over death. A short central chant-like section gives an offer of praise, before returning to a recapitulation of the opening. The accompanying organ does much to support the mood of the piece and adds a great deal of color. This is a wonderful selection for Easter morning.
