Return Policy

You may return most items for a refund within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Exceptions include:

• Brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments must be returned within 15 days.
• Guitars, amplifiers, and pedals must be returned within 10 days.

Some items are not returnable, including reeds, recorders, whistles, carpets, harmonicas, and most "special order" items. In case of defect, many band instruments, harmonicas, keyboards, and electronics can be sent directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs. To verify returnability, please contact us before shipping the item.

All returned products must be in their original condition and include all original packaging materials, accessories, and instructions. Failure to follow this procedure may result in restocking fees or refusal of your return. Except in cases of defect or misshipment, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
