Description
Kalimbas are reed instruments that originated in southern Africa, where they can be found in countless shapes and designs. Our Kalimba B7 is made from solid American cherry in meticulous handwork in Germany. The surfaces are treated and polished with vegetable oils and waxes. The 7 reeds are precisely tuned in C pentatonic tuning, which supports intuitive and free playing.
The Kalimba B7 electric model was equipped with a piezo pickup and a 6.35 mm jack. This makes it possible to pick up the sound directly from the instrument without an additional microphone.
