Description

Mozart's Clarinet Concerto, his last completed instrumental work, dates from October 1791. This edition presents the music in the key of A and for clarinet in A. Published 2003. Several suggested cadenzas and lead-ins. Introductory essay in German and English. Two Urtext parts, one for standard clarinet, one for basset clarinet.  Articulation according to the Urtext principle, needing amending by player or teacher to become practical for performance. Cue notes and soloist notes all printed the same size, set off by "Solo" and "Tutti" markings. Piano reduction by Martin Schelhaas.
