Studio 49 SXG2000 Series 2000 Soprano Xylophone - Grillodur Bars

All Studio 49 Diatonic Orff instruments include F# and Bb bars. Most commonly used are the diatonic instruments. The conversion to a chromatic instrument is made by purchasing the chromatic add-on that will provide the additional resonator box, and C#, D# and G# bars to complete the chromatic scale. Diatonic instruments include 1 pair of appropriate mallets.

Grillodur is a highly refined fiberglass material. These bars offer high-impact resistance and hold their pitch through strong changes of temperature and humidity. Grillodur bars have outstanding sound and are appropriate for making music in outdoor settings. The resonator box is made from solid wood and has built-in attached handles.
