Description
Seven Pounds Fifty is one of a series of compositions written by Mike Mower for his Saxophone Quartet Itchy Fingers. This is the live version for sax quartet, as recorded on Itchy Fingers Live in Europe. The title is derived from the fee paid to the band by the miserly owner of a well-known North London Jazz club. Instrumentation is for 2 Altos, Tenor and Bari. There are optional parts included for the traditional Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bari line-up.
