Description

It can also be a peaceful, flourishing place that makes a pleasant contrast to its surroundings. Throughout the piece you will hear a calm, soothing melody, which is juxtaposed next to contrasting faster, busier, or more chaotic sections of music.
Oasis was premiered on June 15, 2015 at the Etihad Modern Art Gallery in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates by Jonathan Aubrey and Michael Rex Bacarra (Aubarra Clarinet Duo), who commissioned the work in 2014.
