Kerry Optima Low D Tunable Whistle

Also known as an Irish Tin Whistle, Kerry Whistles are made with a durable, superb quality aluminum alloy and are manufactured by Phil Hardy of the world respected Kerry Whistles Company. You'll find these whistles produce a suberb, clear tone with excellent intonation throughout the instrument. Comfortable mouthpieces and player friendly tone-holes make these whistles easy to play and very enjoyable.

The Kerry Optima Tenor Tunable Whistle in Low D features an adjustable tuning sleeve, allowing the player to tune to an ensemble. It also has a comfortable plastic mouthpiece with a straight windway. It measures 22.38" long and has a diameter of 1". It comes in a flexible clear plastic sleeve case.

The Low D whistle, like all lower wind instruments without keys, has a noticeable stretch in the fingers of the right hand, slightly larger than most tenor recorders.
